I started to do a photo story of myself because at the time I felt like it would be easier to explain what I was going through then words. I had surgery today to figure out what is wrong with me and I was planning on posting the story as "here's my diagnosis and I can live with it and we know how to fix me!" But there was a major plot twist. I wasn't diagnosed with anything. For the past three years I have had messed up periods and severe pelvic pain. Everything seemed to get worse in May with the previous symptoms as well as nausea, vomiting, extreme fatigue and a whole mess of things that have made me miss class, sit in a corner sobbing while barely being able to move due to pain, and sleep for up to 19 hours multiple days in a row. The doctors initially thought it was endometriosis, but that got ruled out today. They said that sometimes these things just happen, and the procedure I had today could still help even though nothing was diagnosed and nothing was removed. As for now, I just need to keep taking my current meds and pray that it did help and relieve the pain. Thank you so much everyone for being by my side during this, I am so grateful to have the support system that I do <3
